About Me
Hi! My name is Tapaswini Bhavanam and I am currently a junior at Frisco High School seeking to gain more hands-on experience in the professional world of the Fashion Industry by taking the Independent Study and Mentorship course. I am very dedicated and innovative when it comes to my passions and possess the necessary skills it takes to thrive in a professional environment. Outside of school, I enjoy singing, sewing, baking, dancing, learning about various cultures, and traveling the world. Fashion Design and the business aspect of the Fashion Industry have always intrigued me greatly, as it is what I want to pursue in the future. I strive to inspire and influence people with my work, while always doing what I love.
Mission Statement
My mission in this Independent Study Program is to broaden my knowledge of the fashion industry and gain hands-on experience in the professional world of fashion by diligently pushing past my personal limits. With my own research and guidance from a mentor, I will learn the various aspects of business in the fashion industry while working towards contributing my perceptions and opinions to the field in an impactful manner. I aspire to work towards producing an inspiring and innovative final product that exhibits my expressiveness and determination. I hope that the opportunities provided in ISM will lead me to inspire many people on my journey to finding the pathway to a successful future.
